Travel Physical Therapist - $2,830 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 10, 2026, in Fernley, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
• Treatment of patients with a variety of medical conditions under the supervision of a physician
• Assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans
• Performing therapeutic exercises and treatments
• Documenting patient progress and communicating with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada
• At least one year of experience in Home Health or related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs)
• Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
• Ability to adapt to different patient populations and environments

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 32 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
