Qualifications
- Valid, current State license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Prior LTACH experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in long-term acute care settings
Responsibilities
Completing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, managing individual and group sessions, documenting in medical records in accordance with policies, participating in student and professional development programs, and adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
