Travel Physical Therapist - $2,806 per week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Gold Beach, Oregon. This is a weekend-focused opportunity on the Southern Oregon Coast, with the primary location in Gold Beach and possible float coverage to Brookings. This role is well-suited for a PT who enjoys coastal assignments, is comfortable working independently, and wants a unique opportunity in a scenic Oregon location.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.
• Treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, gait, transfer, and functional limitations.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and functional mobility interventions.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and long-term mobility goals.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Oregon PT License Required
• BLS Required
• Experienced PT preferred
