About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 21-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Morehead City, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in North Carolina
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in home health or similar setting preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledgeable in home health insurance billing and coding
