Requirements
- Current Washington Physical Therapist license
- AHA BLS and ACLS certification
- Additional certifications related to this specialty may be required
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Physical Therapy
- Primary residence must be located at least 50 miles from the facility address in Puyallup, Washington to qualify for this travel assignment
