Travel Physical Therapist - $2,786 per week

About the role

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 15-week assignment starting immediately in Clarksdale, Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Mississippi.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in a SNF setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records (EHR).

Skills

• Skilled in assessing and treating patients with various conditions.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours per day shift, Monday through Friday.
