Travel Physical Therapist - $2,780 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting August 31, 2026, in Milford, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,780.00 (Based on 40hrs/Week)

Schedule

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
