Travel Physical Therapist - $2,766 per week

About the Role

As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for examining patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. You will work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, focusing on helping patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. You will also create wellness programs to promote healthier lifestyles.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• One Saturday per month at the hospital
• 13-week contract assignment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient's physical capabilities
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
• Educate patients on injury prevention and management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience required, with both inpatient and outpatient exposure
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (pending New Mexico licensure accepted but must be included during submission)
• BLS certification mandatory
