Travel Physical Therapist - $2,761 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Adhere to state or compact license requirements and maintain a BLS certification.
• Work 8-hour shifts, days, 40 hours per week, with an occasional weekend shift.
• Assess and develop treatment plans based on patient needs, using NetHealth for rehab and PCC for other information.
• Communicate effectively with the nurse practitioner and interdisciplinary team to address patient needs and changes.
• Manage patient ratios of 7-9, with flexibility in scheduling if applicable.

Requirements

• At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• A valid state or compact license for physical therapy.
• BLS certification required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using EMR/Charting systems such as NetHealth and PCC.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Good rapport with patients and colleagues.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in physical therapy.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate weekends as needed.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts as discussed.
