Travel Physical Therapist - $2,748 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 28, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer software used in healthcare settings.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week, subject to confirmation. There is also a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
