About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position for a Home Health Physical Therapist in Marble Falls, Texas. The role involves delivering quality physical therapy services to patients in the home health setting, with a focus on effective evaluation, treatment planning, and compliance with home health regulations.

Schedule

AM shifts, Monday to Friday, 5 × 8-hour shifts, guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and assess progress throughout the care process.
• Complete required documentation, including OASIS assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in weekly case conferences and provide updates on patient progress.

Requirements

• Home health and OASIS experience required.
• Homecare Homebase documentation experience is required; however, the client may consider candidates without this experience at a reduced rate for the initial training period.
• Valid Physical Therapy license.

Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
