About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting November 30, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License.
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
