About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Tuba City, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to patients in need.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in the state of Arizona.
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE), National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), or National Council of State Boards of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (NCSAPLHA).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice in rehabilitation therapy.

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
