The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, located in Carlinville, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNF settings
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois
• At least one year of experience in SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
