About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting on July 13, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- BLS certification required.
