Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential rehabilitation services to patients, focusing on mobility improvement and pain management.
- Engage with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and guide them through therapeutic exercises.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a patient-centered care approach.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Current state license.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- CPR certification required.
- Background check and TB test may be required.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
