LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Sharon, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and other medical professionals.
• Manage patients with chronic and acute musculoskeletal, skeletal conditions, and neurological issues.

Requirements

• CT State Physical Therapy license.
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• 2 years experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Experience with orthopedic surgery, chronic & acute musculoskeletal skeletal conditions, and neuro.
