Travel Physical Therapist - $2,723 per week

About the role

The position involves providing physical therapy services in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan.
• Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Providing stimulation or massage to promote healing.
• Aiding patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New York.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
