Travel Physical Therapist - $2,715 per week

Job Summary

A Physical Therapist inpatient position in Honolulu, Hawaii. Provides physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters degree required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
• Current Hawaii state license as a Physical Therapist required.
• Current BLS/HCP certification required.
• All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract.
• Two (2) or more years of full-time staff experience as a Physical Therapist in an inpatient/acute care setting prior to any travel assignments required.
• Experience in large medical centers (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly preferred.

Additional Information

• Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date; failure to submit on time will result in a delayed or canceled assignment.
• A current NURSYS report must be included with all submissions.
• If a registered nurse (RN) is not needed on the unit, the employee will be assigned to be a nursing assistant or a safety sitter, and it is expected that they fill that role.
