Travel Physical Therapist - $2,711 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Hayward, California. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficient in using medical software and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay
