About the role
Travel assignment in Trenton, Missouri. The Physical Therapist will primarily work in an outpatient setting, with potential work in acute care and skilled nursing facilities. Shift is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and reassessments
- Develop and implement long-term and short-term goals
- Create and maintain plans of care
- Document discharge summaries
Requirements
- Certification required: NBSTSA and/or NCCT
- Experience in the following settings preferred: Acute Care, Outpatient Clinic, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
