The role involves working closely with patients to create personalized care plans, documenting medical history and progress, and collaborating with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and develop personalized care plans
• Document patients' medical history and progress
• Communicate patient issues to supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
• Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts during the day (5x8 Days)
