Travel Physical Therapist - $2,696 per week

About the role

The position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop a treatment plan.
• Teach patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques.
• Provide stimulation or massage to promote healing.
• Assist patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Experience in inpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACOTE accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety standards.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
