About the role
Physical Therapist (Inpatient) position in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery and discharge planning. Float rotation may be required.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive patient evaluations
- Create and modify treatment plans aimed at progressing patients toward discharge
- Document medical records accurately and promptly
- Participate in student training programs
- Engage in professional development and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and organizational standards
- Comply with all hospital policies and professional licensing standards
Requirements
- Valid, current State license as a Physical Therapist
- BLS Certification prior to first shift
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
Schedule
Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
