Travel Physical Therapist - $2,688 per week

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
