Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Templeton, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in California
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred

Pay
