Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience
Assignment Details
- Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s
- EMR: Homecare Homebase
- Productivity expectation: 6 points/day, 30 points/week
- On-call requirement: None
- Territory: Blue and Red areas on the map
