Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the direction of a physician.
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM-CPT certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
