About the Role
Vibra Travels is looking for a Corporate Travel Physical Therapist to join our team. We seek therapists with experience in acute care and rehab hospitals. This role involves providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physician’s order.
Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.
Responsibilities
- Provide and direct Physical Therapy services to patients.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapy programs and document progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment (Missouri).
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Proficiency in computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a competitive hourly rate plus a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
