Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Implement interventions in various settings
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation
Requirements
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Pay
$2,617.91 - $2,698.88 per week
Schedule
- 13-week assignment
- Day shift, 5x8-hour days (up to 40 hours per week)
- On-site at a hospital in Alameda, CA
