Travel Physical Therapist - $2,658 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Blue Hill, Maine. Start date: November 2, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 40 hours per week, 10‑hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Provide direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, restrictions, and rehabilitation potential.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients.
• Document and record patient condition.
• Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements

• Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Graduate from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or be actively in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other requirements may be determined by the client facility.
