Travel Physical Therapist - $2,648 per week

About the role

Coast Medical Service is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting November 2, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
