Travel Physical Therapist - $2,643 per week

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Rutland, Vermont. This is a full-time position with day shifts (5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Adapt to varying patient needs and treatment modalities.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Vermont.
• Current certification in CPR/BLS.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Ability to travel and commit to a 13-week assignment.
