Job Details
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Valid, current State license
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required prior to first shift
A minimum of 2 years of experience
Residence or work authorization in the United States
Relevant educational background related to physical therapy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in inpatient rehabilitative or medical-surgical settings is advantageous
Responsibilities
Completing comprehensive patient evaluations
Developing individualized treatment plans
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to address discharge barriers
Documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
Supervision of students when applicable
Active participation in professional development activities
