Travel Physical Therapist - $2,634 per week
Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract assignment in St. Simons Island, Georgia.
About the role
A great SNF / LTC is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team. This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
This is a contract position with a days schedule, 8-hour shifts, and 40 hours per week for 13 weeks starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess patient needs, plans for, evaluates, and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
Requirements
- Must have graduated from an accredited school.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.

Pay package is based on 8.0-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
