Travel Physical Therapist - $2,626 per week

Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026 in Canaan, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• At least one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Passport and ability to obtain a visa if necessary.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay
