Travel Physical Therapist position in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Riverside, CA. This 13-week assignment starts on 09/07/2026, with a schedule of 8-hour day shifts and up to 40 hours per week. Workplace is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Implement interventions in various settings
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Current BLS/CPR Certification

$2,578.7 - $2,658.45 per week
