Focus Staff is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract in Lebanon, NH. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: 08/17/2026 Shift: 5x8 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• 1 Year of Experience
• Valid NH License
• BLSEligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• PT License in good standing
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer software used in healthcare settings
