Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a range of diagnoses.
• Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs to facilitate progress and recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact license valid for Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of physical therapy experience; three to five years is preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Compliance with flu vaccination policy, which is mandatory during the season.
