Travel Physical Therapist - $2,616 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, in Fairmont, West Virginia. The position is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay
