Travel Physical Therapist - $2,613 per week

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 1+ year of outpatient experience for a 13-week contract at an outpatient clinic in Winthrop, MA.

About the role

13-week travel assignment at an outpatient clinic in Winthrop, Massachusetts. The clinic is closed on major holidays.

• Shift: Days, 5x8hrs
• Hours: 40 hrs/wk
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
• Demonstrate strong patient handling skills and transfer techniques
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to multitask and self-direct

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient or clinic setting
• Active MA PT license required
• Valid, non-expired driver's license
• 2 professional references required:
  • At least one must be at the manager level or above (titles listed as 'supervisor' are not accepted)
  • Must include a performance evaluation
  • One reference must be within the past 12 months, the other within the past 3 years
• Preference given to at least one reference from a prior travel or temporary assignment
• References from other travelers are not accepted
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
