Job Summary

Physical Therapist Home Health - Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Schedule

• Days, 8 hours per day

Required Qualifications

• Current unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to Louisiana
• Successful completion of a physical therapy program from an accredited institution approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent
• 0-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Familiarity with computer systems, including internet, email, and online HR services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health settings
• Knowledge of HomeCare HomeBase or PointCare EMR systems

Additional Information

• This assignment is located within a 50-mile radius from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with travel estimated at 150-250 miles per week
• The role involves providing care at least 30 patient units per week and may include periodic on-site assessments, supervision of therapy assistants, and participation in team meetings
• No weekend rotation or on-call duties are required

Pay Package
