LanceSoft is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 20-week position starting on August 10, 2026, in Dunedin, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Home Health Physical Therapist experience.
- Home Health experience required.
- Required Certifications: State Physical Therapist License, BLS#SB.
Qualifications
- Current State Physical Therapist License.
- BLS Certification.
