About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Mendham, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of New Jersey
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
