Travel Physical Therapist - $2,589 per week

About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 14-week assignment starting July 13, 2026, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as necessary.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
