Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Home Health Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCO
• Is required to have 1+ years experience in home health
• Epic experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0830-1700
