Travel Physical Therapist - $2,578 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Rockford, Illinois, starting October 11, 2026. The position involves 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts) on a travel basis. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Rockford offers outdoor recreation and attractions such as Anderson Japanese Gardens, Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens, Rock Cut State Park (≈10 miles away), and is about 90 miles from downtown Chicago with service via Chicago Rockford International Airport.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA‑accredited school
• Active state Physical Therapist license (required to start)
• BLS Certification may be required (AHA or ARC)
• Lymphedema experience required

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; no weekends or holidays.
