American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 26-week assignment in Green Valley, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provides physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
- Works 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week
- No on-call requirements
- Uses InSync EMR
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license required; compact license accepted at start but full Arizona state license must be obtained during assignment
- Social Security Number required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
- Licenses required if applicable
