Travel Physical Therapist - $2,573 per week

About the role

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Fairmont, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
• Valid WV License.
• BLS Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice in West Virginia.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Exact pay package may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, guaranteed hours, travel distance, demand, experience, etc. The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
