Uniti Med is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 7, 2026, in Woodruff, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Wisconsin
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
